My Marketing Strategy

 

1. Submit your home to our local Multiple Listing Service.

2. Place your home on Realtor.com, ColdwellBanker.com, Homes.com, Zillow, Trulia . and a host of other real estate related web & media sites for a total of 750 sites. Your Listing will be published in the digital Buyers Guide, emailed to 30K+ targeted consumers. Promoted on 2 personal Facebook pages and company Facebook Boost Post  to 1500 Targeted Buyers.

3. Have a picture tour made of your house to use in additional marketing strategies.

4. Price your home competitively…to open the market versus narrowing the market.

5. Promote your home at our company sales meeting and office tour of new listing.

6. Email a color brochure to the top 500 agents in the marketplace for their potential buyers.

7. Email color brochure to my list of potential buyers & all of my sphere of influence.

8. Suggest and advise as to any changes you may want to make to make your property it more saleable.

9. Contact over the next seven days… my buyer leads, center of influence and past clients for their referrals and prospective buyers.

10. Prospect 2 to 3 hours per day and talk to 20 to 30 people per day looking for potential buyers.

11. Email weekly service report showing all activities on your listing.

12. Send you daily all MLS activity for properties similar to yours i.e. new sales, listings & price changes.

13. Update your CMA monthly so you can see how your price looks to the buyers and their agents. Your price is like a magnet. Its either going to attract buyers or repel them. This is critical information.

14. All of my currently active clients get personal feedback EVERY week in addition to reviewing showings each month to see what the buyers and their agents are saying about your home and to let you know what it takes to get a buyer and buyers agent to . come see your home.

15. Represent you on all offer presentations…to assist you in negotiating the best possible price & terms.

16. Handle all the follow up upon a contract being accepted…all mortgage, title, inspections and other closing procedures.

17. Deliver your check at closing.

18. Assist you with your relocation, if needed.
